Delete your account

In the app

Settings › Accounts › “Delete my account”, then confirm. It is immediate.

Without the app

Write to contact@worldachievements.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. Your account is deleted within 7 days, and you get a confirmation.

What is erased

Your account, your devices, your profile (library, settings, notes, rewards, access to your platforms), your save copies (download them first in My saves if you want to keep them), what you published, your votes, your friends, your messages (on both sides) and what you sent about your games. Only the games’ achievement lists remain, the same for everyone, which say nothing about you. The data on your device is erased by uninstalling the app.
