World Achievements

Terms of sale

Updated on October 30, 2026.

These terms are those of the World Achievements VIP subscription and of the shop’s packs, sold by Maxime Perrin, sole trader (EI), 5 rue du Languedoc, 31140 Saint-Alban, France, SIRET 932 741 077 00014, contact@worldachievements.com (see the legal notice). They complete the terms of use. You accept them by ticking the box provided before you pay.

1. What you buy

Most of World Achievements is free. VIP is optional: it adds comfort and rewards, without giving any advantage over other players. Today, it gives:

The up-to-date list is in the app (Settings › Subscription). Perks may be added; a perk cannot be removed during a period already paid. When VIP stops, what was earned stays earned: only its use and display wait for VIP to come back. The shop’s packs are not part of VIP.

2. Offers and prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. A price change is announced at least one month ahead; it only applies from the next renewal, and you can stop your subscription before.

3. VIP for life

VIP for life gives the VIP perks, today’s and those that will be added, for as long as World Achievements exists. It does not include services where each use costs World Achievements (for example ones that would rely on artificial intelligence, large online storage or remote play): if they are offered one day, they will be offered separately, to everyone, with a discount reserved for Founders. Nothing a Founder has will be taken away. Should World Achievements stop for good, it would be announced at least three months ahead, in the app.

3a. The shop’s packs

A pack gives its avatars and frames to the account that buys it, for good: with or without VIP, on all its devices, for as long as World Achievements exists. It cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account. VIP does not unlock the packs.

4. Ordering and paying

VIP and the packs are bought in the app, with a World Achievements account: choose the offer, tick the box, then pay on Stripe’s secure page (bank card or other means offered by Stripe). World Achievements never sees your card. Once the payment is confirmed, VIP is active (or the pack is yours) on your account, on all your devices, and you get a confirmation by email. The subscription is charged at the start of each period. If a charge fails, Stripe tries again; without payment, VIP stops at the end of the period already paid.

5. Stopping the subscription

You can stop your subscription at any time, in a few clicks: Settings › Subscription › “Manage my subscription”, or by writing to contact@worldachievements.com. It is no longer renewed, and your VIP stays active until the end of the period paid; it is not refunded pro rata. For the 6-month and yearly subscriptions, an email reminds you of the renewal date and how to stop it, between one and three months before. Deleting your account also stops the subscription, at once.

6. Right of withdrawal

VIP and the packs are digital content supplied without a physical medium, as soon as you pay. By ticking the box before paying, you ask for them to start right away and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). The confirmation email says so again. Without this box, the purchase is not possible.

7. Guarantees and complaints

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If VIP does not work, write to contact@worldachievements.com: the problem is fixed, or you are refunded for what did not work. A complaint gets an answer within 15 days.

8. Mediation, applicable law

If a written complaint has not found a solution, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge. The consumer mediator you can turn to will be named here before sales open.

These terms are governed by French law. They may change; the version that applies is the one accepted at purchase, and a change that affects a running subscription is announced at least one month ahead.
